Use of App

By accessing and using Aevum AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Third-Party Services

Aevum AI integrates with third-party services, including Google APIs, for authentication and email functionality. By using these features, you also agree to comply with the applicable third-party terms:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

Email Sending via Gmail

Aevum AI allows you to send emails through your connected Gmail account using the Gmail API. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content, recipients, and legality of all emails sent through the service
• You will not use the email feature to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Aevum AI acts only as a tool to facilitate email sending and does not monitor, review, or endorse the content of your emails
• You may revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the email sending feature to distribute spam, phishing, or malicious content

Intellectual Property

The Aevum AI platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Aevum AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our service, but grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide our services.

Privacy

Your use of Aevum AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, including data obtained through Google APIs.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon account deletion:

• All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
• All stored Google OAuth tokens will be revoked and permanently removed from our systems
• This action is irreversible and you will lose access to all data associated with your account

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service and may terminate your account.
